About
Organization for Community Advancement and Transformation (OCAT) – Uganda is an indigenous Community Based Organisation in Oyam district registered under the Uganda National NGO Act of 2016. OCAT implements six thematic areas with specific objectives: Agriculture and Economic Development, Inclusive Quality Education, Child Protection and Youth Development, Gender and Women Empowerment, Health lives and improved well-being for all ages, and Policy Influence and social accountability.

To sensitize, motivate, mobilize, and empower communities and other stakeholders towards owning development initiatives through effective involvement and participation.
Vision
A future society with highly self-motivated citizens responsive to the ever-changing socio-economic pressure for the betterment of their welfare.
